Columbus buyers tend to skew younger — the city's large university population and tech sector growth means many BHPH buyers are first-time buyers or recent graduates with thin credit files rather than damaged credit.

Lima (Allen County)

Lima sits at the heart of Northwest Ohio and serves as the commercial hub for Allen, Auglaize, Putnam, and Van Wert counties. BHPH dealers along North Cable Road and Elida Road in Lima serve buyers from a broad multi-county rural area where in-house financing is often the only practical option.
